FIXER Brow Pencil is a clear, universal brow wax fixer formula that shapes and styles your eyebrows. Its gel-gliding texture with soft application and natural matte finish creates immediately styled and conditioned brows that stays in place up to 24 hours. Use a spoolie brush to blend the texture and set eyebrows in place. The product is hypoallergenic. It doesn’t contain mineral oil and is paraffin, paraben and fragrance free. It’s vegan and clean.

Brush eyebrows upward with brush applicator, fill in with the pencil then brush and shape with applicator again afterwards.
